• Additional services, treatments, or materials not included in the original estimate may result in additional charges.

3. Appointments, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

• Follow all preparation and post-treatment instructions provided by Pestigo

Failure to comply with preparation or access requirements may result in reduced treatment effectiveness or additional service charges.

4. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service or cancellation fee.

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

Any service warranty or guarantee is valid only if:

• All preparation and post-treatment instructions are followed
• No new contributing factors (such as unsanitary conditions, structural changes, or re-infestation from adjacent units) are present

Guarantees do not cover reinfestations caused by factors beyond Pestigo’s control.

7. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

Pestigo Pest Control Incorporated uses pest control products and methods approved by applicable regulatory authorities and follows industry best practices.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Pest control treatments involve the use of regulated substances
• Temporary evacuation or restricted access may be required during and after treatment
• Pets, children, and vulnerable individuals must be protected according to provided instructions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Pestigo Pest Control Incorporated shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Pestigo is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or damages unrelated to the pest control service performed.
